WARRANTY? NO PROBLEMS

The Rapid Bike wiring loom will not affect the important engine safety parameters. Once excluded or removed, the motorcycle will go back to its standard configuration without leaving any trace.

DYNOTUNING?

We all know that an efficient and well-equipped dynamometer is the safest way to calibrate an engine. In the real world though, it is not always easy to find the perfect dyno and the perfect tuner.

Rapid Bike answers this problem with a unit that comes programmed for the bike in its OEM configuration that will improve the performance and throttle response “out of the box”, with a free software for trouble shooting and Australia based technical assistance.

SO I DO NOT NEED TO DYNO-TUNE MY BIKE?

This can be true in many situations, but it really depends on the expectations. For the best possible achievement we recommend to calibrate the bike on an experienced tuner’s dynamometer. Please contact us to find out where is the closest installer to you.

ONE MODULE + HARNESS: NO CUTTING, NO PEELING, NO WELDING

Rapid Bike does not require the installation of any additional or secondary units in order to prevent any types of signals’ management interference and delay. No need to adapt the original loom or to “blind” any vital sensor. Rapid Bike will use and work with the original narrow-band O2 sensor(s).

UNIQUE FEATURES

There is no other product on the market being able to manage and use the OEM sensors of your bike like our Rapid Bike EVO and Racing:

O2 sensor and Auto-Adaptivity: With it, the injection will be managed and adjusted in real time and conditions. On the other side, Rapid Bike will modulate the signals in order to avoid engine lights and warnings on the dash.
How can you simulate a traffic jam, commuting situation or up/down hills on a dyno? Everyday life forces us to use our motorcycles in situations that are far from what they were designed and calibrated for. Rapid Bike will correct and improve your bike’s response to real world situations.
On motorcycles with multiple O2 sensors, the map will be adjusted for each cylinder separately.
Crankshaft sensor and ignition: Thanks to its signal we can avoid the lack of precision and lag of a signal coming from the coils. This allows the maximum accuracy in our injection and ignition tables.

EURO 5 READY

Maximum effectiveness even on the restrictive EURO 4 and Euro 5 environmental regulations. Our units are available and effective even for the latest models.

KEYWORD: FLEXIBILITY

Modules are re-programmable – using a professional software – to be installed on different bike models thanks to the separate wiring harness that can be sold individually.
In addition, Rapid Bike offers complete kits with modules programmed, pre-mapped and ready for installation.

CUSTOMISED SOFTWARE

EVO and RACING modules work with a management interface available for two different profiles: the first one is free of charge allowing the end-user to implement easy and quick operations, the second one includes more detailed and exclusive features specifically designed for the peculiar needs of professional tuners.
